This darling circa 1935 sterling silver heart padlock can be used as a necklace or bracelet clasp or as a charm on a chain full of favorites. The heart is 3/4 high and 1/2 wide. The front has the traditional skeleton key hole (no key required). The back is stamped Sterling as is the inside of the lock bar. To open, just pull the collar on the left side down toward the heart. Condition is very good, some light scuffs (hole on bottom is typical of manufacturing process). What a sweet way to secure a special chain!

These vintage earrings are made of hand-blown Venetian wedding cake beads with threads of glass. Each whitre bead has a central band of aventurine glass (or goldstone) over which are placed pink rosebuds and tiny blue Forget Me Not flowers.Upon a white background, they really do call to mind the elaborate flowers made of frosting on wedding cakes! Each bead is about 5/8 in diameter. The earrings have fancy-link, gold-plated brass chains which bring the total length including the Euro lever-back pierced wire findings to 1 7/8 . These earrings came from an old store that closed decades ago and have not been worn. Originally, they had screw ear findings--if you prefer those, just let me know (see photo for style).

Vintage Kellogg model 725 Masterphone with original metal subset, and rare Kellogg numeric dial plate. This phone used the dial base of the Kellogg candlestick phone. This is one of the rarest vintage telephones available and was only manufactured in the year 1925 using the dial base of the Kellogg candlestick phone! It was the transition phone between the more common candlestick phones of the day to the more modern desk sets. Sales of the candlestick style phones were dropping for the more favorable smaller profiled desk sets, so Kellogg manufactured this 725, using their existing stock. This phone is in very good condition for an 88 year old! The base is metal and the hand set is bakelite. There is a small hairline crack in the earpiece but no other defects that I could see.
