1940s or 50s sugar shaker. Yellow with green flowers and black trim. Measures 5 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide. It is marked on the bottom in black ink with the following "Mori... Hand Paint Japan" I think there were more letter in the first word but the stopper is in the way. There is what looks like a chip but it is not it is an indentation that happened during the making. A sweet addition to your retro Kitchen.
