Sweet little wind up baby doll made by SK Toys, Japan c 1950's. Her head, arms and legs are either rubber or soft vinyl, her body is tin and the rattles are celluloid. She wears a little terrycloth cover up and cap, with strands of red hair peeking out from the hat. Face is hand painted and she works well. She claps the rattles together when wound up. She is about 5" tall. We generally ship to domestic customers by USPS Priority Mail, so buyer will add $ 3.95 plus applicable insurance.

Great vintage wind-up King of the Jungle. This guy still has his Made in Occupied Japan paper label stuck to his tummy. He has piercing glass eyes, tin nose and mouth, velveteen covering with soft yarn, maybe mohair, for his mane and tail. All in great condition with no holes rips or bare spots. Loss of his whiskers on one side is the only battle scar on this fellow. When wound up he dances around (non-walking legs) and roars...yes, his voice box is still intact! He is about 7 1/2" nose to tail and not quite 4" tall. Wonderful vintage wind-up. We ship to domestic customers by Priority Mail at $3.95 plus $3.00 insurance.

No gamble here! Beautiful condition pre-war wind up sulky and driver. Runs super long with great action. The sulky travels along on it's wheels, but the horses legs move exactly like a trotter's would. No broken or chipped parts, buggy whip is original, the only thing that may not be there is a piece of string for the reins. The driver and the horse's body are hard composition (i.e. Elastin) the rest is tin/metal. It does have a mark that looks like a pine tree in a rectangle. It is extremely well-made and very clean..no rust. As mentioned above, it has a very strong wind mechanism and will blow away any competition. You can bet on this winner for sure.

The Cragston Stunt Car .... one of the classic tin car wind-ups from Daiya, one of the best names in vintage Japanese tin toys. When wound, the stock stunt car speeds off, rolls completely over, then continues speeding on. The 7 1/4" long toy still works, although the flipping is sometimes hesitant. The graphics are still quite bright but there is paint loss on the rear fender near the taillight, some scuffing on the "key" side fenders and the bottom edge of the body and the rear wheel hubcaps are missing (lost, no doubt, after a hard landing). The underside is as clean as a whistle. The car displays well and would make a nice addition to racing or w/u car collection.

Excellent, never played-with condition helicopter with 3 great actions .... it runs along the ground, raises up on it's tail and makes a turn, with the propellers constantly whirring, it really looks like it's going to takeoff!. This model was made in Japan (Nomura ? ), probably in the early 1960's. The copter has virtually no wear, no chipping and no rust .. with bright, crisp, United Nations graphics, and is working perfectly. The box is also excellent with bright colors featuring the copter wizzing over the Manhattan skyline. It measures 7 1/2" nose to tail (not including the propellers) and stands 4" high to the tip of the rear propeller.

This is a great, tin, hopping Kangaroo ' Made in Occupied Japan ' by Nomura Toys (T.N.), Tokyo, Japan. It measures approximately 5 1/2" to the tip of it's tail and is in perfect working order and ready to hop. The creature has suffered the loss of some of his painted fur at the lower front and right side but, this condition is more than offset by the box and cover picture which are in absolutely mint, clean, unmarred condition. The toy comes complete with a brace that fits between the legs after the tail is extended and the original key and tissue paper protective cover. The toy would be a nice addition to your MIOJ, tin wind-up, or animal collection. Get it now before it hops away.

Mint, Russian made tin wind-up in a near mint window box. The 6 3/4" high lady spins around while moving forward and she does that for a very, very long time (great, long-running motor). I don't know who the maker is since all the printing is in Russian, but I do believe it was made in '86. Great colorful graphics. Original key.
