36 page booklet put out by the Frigidaire division of General Motors in the middle 40's that's full of recipes for mousses, homemade ice creams, sauces, parfaits, and yes, even directions for making ice cubes. Booklet is complete and in reasonably good condition, the inside pages are almost unread. The cover has a some scuffing on the spine and edges and the back cover corners are creased.

Great condition 307 page hardback classic "Cooking for Two" by Sally Larkin. The origins of this book go all the way back to 1909. This one is the 5th Edition printed in 1951. Besides all of the great recipes (more Later) it contains many useful tables, marketing basics, kitchen tips, etc. Basic recipes with manageable levels of ingredients designed to give few if any leftovers. Carrots in cream, Swiss steak, breads and desserts.

Lots of pictures and illustrations. What all the Baby Boomer Moms depended on to take care of their families in the 1950's. Booklet is in pretty good shape, no tears, a little discoloration on the cover pages, but that's about it.

Part of a series of banana booklets put out by the Fruit Dispatch Co. of NYC in the late 30's and early 40's, they are listed in the cookbook price guides as a very collectible series. Booklet is 24 pages, lots of pictures and is in excellent condition. So next time you are hankering for a Banana-Sardine Boat, you'll have all the details on it's preparation.

An extremely clean 2nd printing of the 1959 First Edition. All of the book's 96 pages have colored line illustrations by Peter Spier and there are 16 additional pages of full color photos. Sadly, the frontise page of Betty's classic has come away from the spiral, otherwise, it is in beautiful condition.
