Gorgeous pink two handled serving bowl with graceful scalloped edges and a floral etched design. I have been unable to find this pattern, which looks a bit like the Poppy floral depression pattern called Florentine. The bowl is 8 1/2" in diameter and has a ground bottom, definitely putting this piece squarely in the Elegant Glass category. I am quite sure the shape is Fostoria, but as mentioned above, the pattern is as yet unidentified. It is perfect in every way, no cracks, chips or nicks.

Lovely set of 8 stems in 2 different sizes ....Cordial or sherry as well as wine. Both sizes are about 4 1/2 " tall, and the cordial is 2 3/4 diameter, the wine is 3 3/4. Etched with a simple leaf garland design that does not hide the delicate panels. Shapes resemble those in Fostoria's stemware line, but they could easily be Tiffin or Cambridge. Makes for a most elegant summer table. All pieces are perfect, no nicks, cracks or other apologies. Simply lovely!!! Priority Shipping determined by final weight and destination.

Very nice covered butter dish with sunburst design on both the domed lid and on the base. Top fits snugly onto the base which has a pretty petal like edge with a thin sliver of yellow glass at the rim as you would put an edge on a doily or hanky. The base is the same as that used in the Northwood Glass Carnival Glass covered butter in the Cherry pattern, so although unmarked, it seems likely that it is also a Northwood piece. It is quite a heavy piece and measures 7 1/2 in diameter and 5 1/2 to top of lid. There is a tiny 1/8 scratch ( or possibly mold imperfection)on the lid which is the only detraction we can find.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so suffice it to say that this magnificent Versailles pattern pitcher by Fostoria in their glorious yellow topaz color is perfect. No chips, nicks, scratches...no detractions or apologies whatsoever. Nice pair of depression green glass candle holders. Their very simplicity lends these pieces to be used in almost setting. We found this design in the Cambridge Glass reference book as belonging to their general line of candle holders, catalog # 227 1/2. The pair is perfect, no chips or cracks. A little rim roughness not uncommon in depression pieces. They are 3 5/8" diameter and barely 2" tall. They glow as if on fire under black light attesting to their high uranium content.

Need just one more glass for your set? Well here it is.Fostoria's Virginia pattern in the smokey grey color. Still has the original sticker. Footed 10 oz. tumbler is large enough to be a celery or a spooner.

This lovely piece looks suspiciously like Fenton's Lincoln Inn pattern, but I find no reference to a celery dish. It is definitely elegant glassware with it's pebbled rim, 4 tabs, ribbed sides that end in a delicate scallop, it's boat shape with raised rim on the base. Pretty and useful piece of tableware.

This set of 6, 8 1/2" diameter luncheon or sandwich plates have a very simple, yet unmistakably Art Deco design cut into their 1 3/4" rims .... they may have been custom cut since we can find no pattern name for them. The plates are heavy, high quality glass very much like Imperial or Morgantown, each weighs in at about 1 pound 2 ounces. All six are free of nicks, chips or cracks and have only normal wear to their bases and top surfaces. In addition the bases have been ground and polished, a clear sign of their high quality. As fashionable and beautiful today as they were 70 or 80 years ago.

Elegant pair of candlesticks that were originally part of a console set called "Memphis" made by Central Glass Co. in 1923, and featured in Hazel Weatherman's Depression Glass #2 book. The holder tops were originally covered with gold but now, very little remains on the top surface although there is still quite a bit remaining on the undersides. Directly under the top gold and in a 1 1/8" wide circular band on the bases, is an application of pretty, translucent, daffodil yellow enamel. The pair stand 9" high with a 5 1/2" diameter base and each of the mold-blown crystal pieces weighs-in at a substantial 1 1/4 lbs. The two are in excellent condition ... no chips, nicks, scratches, or 'flea bites', and with the appropriate amount of normal bottom wear. With the clear stem and delicate yellow accent, these would go well with any setting.
