Colorful Mettlach-type stein embossed "HEIDELBERG SCHLOSS" features three woodsman seated at a table and an Austrian mountain scene of a cabin with a water wheel. The stein stands 5 1/4" high, is marked "Japan" and is in excellent condition. Although not antique, it is vintage and several examples of this type of stein are pictured in Gene Florence's book on `Made in Japan' items.

Colorful stein featuring popular San Francisco motifs including a cable car, Chinatown, the Golden Gate Bridge and the city sky-line. The stein is marked "Clements 1973" and has a " Made in Japan" paper label. Standing 7" high it is in excellent condition. Not an antique, the stein is of the type shown in Gene Florence's book on `Made in Japan' items.

This colorful mettlach-like stein shows a pair of beer drinking revelers on the front and a Germanesque wooded chalet scene on the reverse. It is marked "Japan" and stands 7" tall and is in great condition, free from cracks or crazing. Not antique but quite a nice vintage collector piece.
