Perky little rooster with patriotic red, white and blue tail feathers made by GUND. This has to date from the early 50's as he is stuffed with a hard material,( not squishy soft) and his fur is the old-fashioned type as found on old teddy bears. He is hand stitched with plastic google eyes. He's a bit discolored with age, particularly the light beige parts, but he has no holes, no tears, no rips and all his felt feathers are intact. He is 11 " tall, not counting his comb and a little at 15 1/2" diameter. His label reads ROOSTER GUND (J Swedlin Inc, succ) 5th Ave NYC 10 NY. Great vintage GUND.
