Strange Lime Green Swirl Slag Compote
We've looked and looked, and we can't find ANYONE that resembles this little dude, so he is going to be this week's Mystery Guest. He seems to be fairly old, judging by the loss of brass plating on the metal foot section (see Picture #5). He's awfully small for a compote, measuring approximately 4 3/8 inches tall, with a top diameter of 4.25 inches and a bottom diameter of 3 inches, and he might have even had a matching lid at one point, because there is a small clam on one of the points of the top rim. On the other hand, he has Vaseline Glass mixed in with the lime green and white slag glass, which glows under a blacklight but was almost impossible to show (see Picture #6). A most intriguing piece, overall!
Condition: Good
Size: Approximately 4 3/8 Inches Tall

Blue Glass Moon & Stars Spooner
This is a lovely little piece that is called a spooner, but it could also be used as a vase, or even a goblet if one was so inclined. Measures approximately 5.75 inches tall and 4.25 inches in diameter, and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or nicks. Made from a 3 part mold, it glows very green under a blacklight; not as much as vaseline glass, but enough to indicate that it is probably very old flint glass.
