*RARE* Maxwell-Briscoe Motorcar Headlight Glass
It’s a GUY thing, just in time for Christmas!
And this little Dude serves a dual purpose – not only is he a rare collectible, since the Maxwell-Briscoe Company only made 100,000 of their motorcars between 1904 and 1925 before they were absorbed by the Plymouth Company – he is a GREAT conversation piece! As in, what-in-the-heck-is-that type conversations for lack of a more stimulating dialogue…
Measuring approximately 9 inches in diameter by 1.5 inches tall, our chrome and detailed glass friend witnessed some of the earliest American roads ever made, which accounts for the slight rust on the backside as shown in picture number 3, and two teensy-weensy dings on the front side which we tried to show in picture number 1, without much success.
