Staffordshire Liberty Blue china is such a beautiful pattern and it is detergent and dishwasher safe. Various colonial scenes from original copper engravings are printed on Staffordshire Ironstone. It was produced to celebrate America’s Bicentennial in 1976 and distributed mainly through grocery stores. A housewife could obtain the various pieces each week. Based on the amount of her grocery receipt, each piece had a different purchase price. All of these pieces are new and have never been used. It is a beautiful set to collect or simply to display.
