| This is a beautiful opaque pink milkglass 6 compartment Venetian tray also called shell pink feather design made by the Jeanette Glass Co. 1957-1959. It is 16 and a half inches long. (This picture does not show the soft pretty pink color very good). It is shown on page 175 in the Collectible Glassware from the 40's, 50's and 60's Second Edition by Gene Florence 1994. The value then was shown as $30.00, it is now almost 10 yrs. later, we are selling this lovely piece somewhat above the going price back in 1994, but still at a bargain. it has one firing flaw, shown in the photos, on the right side middle right where the curve is about 1 inch in, it is about a 2 in. line across the pattern and the hump. Barely noticable and does not take away from the beauty of this piece. We ship USPS and shipping and insurance for the item in the continental USA will be determined by the buyers zip code.
