This is a planter or vase marked Cermic Fashions by O.P.C.O. It has a poodle on the front that is decorated with pink and gold accents. The planter stands 5-1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide. There is a small chip or factory flaw on the top rim of the planter and two small flaws or chips on the back of the planter. I tried to show the ones on the back in my pictures.
