This is a vintage Bakelite pin or brooch of a black Scottie dog. It has a painted red tongue and collar and a clear eye. The eye does not move. The pin measures 1-5/8 inches in length and 7/8 inches tall. It has a C clasp. It has been tested with Simichrome.
