This is a large brooch with one single red opal looking cabochon stone surrounded by lapis cabochons and gold and clear rhinestones. The cabochons appear to be glass. The brooch is not marked and I do not know who made it. All of the stones are prong set in gold tone metal, possibly brass (a magnet will not stick to it). The brooch measures 1-3/4 inches wide, 2 inches long and stands 1-1/2 inches tall. It is in very good condition with no missing stones but it has been worn and may need cleaning.
