This is a beautiful Art Nouveau brooch. It appears to be sterling silver although it does not have a metal content mark. It is marked Handmade NOP or NPO. The brooch measures 1-1/2 inches by 1-1/4 inches. It has a C clasp but looks like it might be a safety clasp that is missing the locking portion. The brooch has an age patina and could use polishing.
