This is an antique link belt. I believe it is either sterling silver or silver plated but it is not marked and I have not tested it but a magnet will not stick to it. The belt has links with an engraved design of a diamond flanked by two flowers. There is a hook clasp on one end so the belt is adjustable. On the other end is a hand made chain with an open filigree ball held by four Art Nouveau style flowers. The belt measures 43 inches from end to end. It is 1/2 inch wide. The belt weighs 100.0 grams.
