This is an enamel and rhinestone hummingbird brooch. It is not signed and I do not know who made it. The brooch measures 2-1/8 inches in diameter. The bird has a red rhinestone eye and clear rhinestones on its head, throat and a portion of the wings. Although a couple of the rhinestones look dark in my pictures, they are actually clear with a lot of sparkle and it is simply a reflection.
