This is a clear rhinestone brooch with matching clip earrings. The set is not signed and I do not know who made them. The brooch measures 1-3/4 inches in diameter. The clip earrings measure 3/4 of an inch. The set is in good condition but I did notice one tiny spot on one earrings where the silver tone is missing. However, you must look very closely to see it.
