This is a vintage Elks enamel bar pin brooch. The brooch is on its original card and someone dated it 1918. The brooch is cloisonne enamel in shades of white, green, blue and red. It has a safety pin head clasp. The brooch measures 3 inches by 1/2 of an inch. It does have some missing enamel along the flowers but that appears to be a manufacturer's defect. The brooch has some discoloration on the edges and back but I have not taken it off the card to clean or polish it.
