This is a vintage pair of rhinestone and celluloid hair ornaments. They are not marked and I do not know who made them. The tops of the ornaments are a very pale, pale green with glued on clear rhinestones. The tops measure 1-3/8 inches in diameter and the ornaments are 6-1/4 inches long. There are 2 darker rhinestones on the top of one but the other appears fine. I have not cleaned them. I offer a 7-day money back guarantee.
