This is a pair of antique individual salt spoons. I purchased these at an estate sale and they came with a note that stated: These 2 miniature salt spoons, sterling silver circa 1850...These came down from three generations to Mr. Lesie N. Iredell. They were a gift to Fernando R. Mesa, Dec. 23, 1964, Tampa, Florida. I have not been able to find any markings on the spoons so I do not know who made them or the metal content. The spoons actually measure 2-1/4 inches long. One has KITTY engraved on the back of the handle and the other has GEORGE. The spoons have a beautiful repousse design on them. I have not cleaned or polished them. I offer a 7-day money back guarantee.
