This is a vintage Art Deco amber or applejuice bakelite dress clip with inlaid clear rhinestones. The clip is not marked. I have tested the clip with Simichrome and it does test yellow. The clip measures 1-3/4 inches by 1-1/4 inches. I believe the clip might be amber because it appears that there are plant inclusions in it. They look like lines or cracks but they do not come to the surface and you cannot feel them. There is some discoloration to the metal clip. I have not cleaned or polished the clip.
