This is an antique Georgian, Edwardian or Victorian rose gold brooch. The brooch is not marked but tested 16K gold. My tester only has readings for 14K or 16K so it is at least 14K. The brooch has a tube hinge and a C clasp. The brooch is layered and has one layer on four legs atop the first layer. It also has engravings on the second level. The brooch measures 1-1/8 inches in diameter. It weighs 3.8 grams. It looks like the clasp and hinge might have been resoldered. The ball on the top does have some dents and there are a few dents on the side edge of the bottom layer. The brooch is in good condition but may need cleaning or polishing.
