This is a vintage lapel pin or medal. It has HUDLEBUSCH on the front and CL SEIFERT on the back. Also on the back is a crown with KGL.HOF-???DTRAEKKER and KJOBENHAVN. The medal has a dangling 1 on it. The medal measures 1-3/8 inches by 1-3/4 inches. From what I could find on Google, CL Seifert is a Danish manufacturer of medals, pins and badges.
