This is a beautiful antique silver plated nurses or ladies belt buckle. It is hallmarked with a crown, which I believe means Sheffield, the letters E P N S and another mark that looks similar to a fleur de lis. The buckle has a seated woman holding a child. There is another child standing beside her. The buckle measures 3-3/8 inches by 2-1/2 inches. It weighs 45.4 grams.
