Our Salt and Pepper set captures the simple charm of the vintage, late 60's style Doughboy in a fully functional tableware set. These little doughboys have no cold paint, so there is no worry of chipping or flaking paint. Each set is carefully detailed with 23K fired gold on the clasp of the neckerchief, and accented with a tiny gold "P" on the cap.
Each Doughboy is completely hand painted. This gives each set an individuality and personality not found in most of today's "imported" mass-produced ceramic goods.
