1996 AT&T Worldnet Promotional OLYMPIC MUSEUM Software
A 1996 CENTENNIAL OLYMPIC GAME EDITION of AT&T WORLDNET SERVICE SOFTWARE, Mint/Still Sealed in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING. This promotional diskette was produced for a limited time during the 1996 Olympic Games, and includes AT&T CYBERCATHLON GAMES in addition to an INTERACTIVE TOUR OF THE OLYMPIC MUSEUM IN LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND! It doesn't indicate anywhere on the packaging whether it's for Macs or PCs, but I believe Worldnet Internet Software was not yet available for Macs during the summer of 1996, so my guess is that this must be for IBM/PCs. Shipping is additional.

1940 WHO'S WHO IN TOYLAND Macy's Thanksgiving Parade SANTA Giveaway
-GIVEAWAY FROM THE MACY'S SANTA, HERALD SQUARE, NYC
By Margaret Fishback, Illustrations by Russell Patterson
This wonderfully RARE giveaway from the Macy's Santa is not available anywhere else on the web! It was given to children who waited in line and sat on Santa's lap at the Macy's store in Herald Square! It is dated 1940, and features illustrations of the various Macy's Thanksgiving Day Floats. If you look closely at my scan of the interior page, you can see the wheels on the float. The letters of the alphabet were a recurrent theme of the floats throughout the history of the parade.
Each float/illustration features a different letter of the alphabet. Included are: Babar the Elephant, Mother Goose, Humpty Dumpty, Ignatz the Mouse, Lulu, M for Macy's, Superman, Rip Van Winkle, and many many more.
Measuring 8 1/2" x 5 3/4", it is in excellent condition for it's age. There are no scribbles or inscriptions, and there are no torn or ripped pages. Since it was a giveaway, the interior pages are printed on an inexpensive paper with only red or green ink, but the cover is in full color and on thicker paper. The cover is still attached with one staple, and does have some wear and soiling (see scan for condition).
An example of the neat poems inside that accompany the illustrations:
"M is for Macy's, which once was so small, that pygmies could barely get in at all.
When Rowland H. Macy, ex-sea captain came to Gotham, nobody had heard of his name.
But still he persisted in starting a store, which flourished in spite of a long civil war.
No major or minor depressions could alter the subsequent growth of this Rock of Gibraltar.
Its SIX appeal makes it continue to grow, as all smart and thrifty cosmopolites know."
"E is for EVA, exemplary girl, good to the very last permanent curl.
An angel was Eva, to tell you the truth, rewarded by heaven while still in her youth.
Her friends were reluctant to see her take off, though glad she was rid of her troublesome cough.
Today's crop of children who eat all their cereal, and mind both their parents, are not so ethereal.
They don't yearn for heaven when going to bed, they beg to be taken to Macy's instead."
S&H is an additional $6.00 within the continental U.S. International shipping is also available.
