1920s New York Daily News Fashion Magazine, Billie Dove, Joan Crawford, Flappers
This RARE 1920s fashion magazine was a supplement to the New York Daily News. The 34-page magazine features various movie stars and personalities(including Billie Dove, Joan Crawford, Marion Nixon (who is pictured on the cover), Clara Bow and Mary Astor) in beautiful fashions of the era. There are also many pages of deco-style drawings of fashions for women, young girls, children and even dolls & teddy bears. Although the magazine is only in fair condition, there are probably very few in existence since most newspapers were usually thrown away.

Condition: Fair, the cover has light wear along the edges and corners and a small tear at the top and bottom of the spine. There is also a stain spot at the center of the right edge, and there is a crease down the center from the magazine being folded. The pages are in Very Good condition.

Brought to you by Chemstrand ("Nothing but nylon makes you feel so female"), Side 1 of this Rare LP contains the soundtrack to the television spectacular Sophia Loren In Rome. This features 6 songs composed & conducted by John Barry. Sophia Loren actually sings the song Secrets Of Rome. Side 2 features the soundtrack to the motion picture The Bride Wore Yolande. Also included is a 4-page sketch book collection of lingerie fashions of the "future" from the Yolande designers (Tricot fabric by Beaunit). Condition: LP: Fair, has loud clicks & pops and surface noise throughout. Cover: Good, has some light stain spots. Sketchbook: Very Good. The cover has a stain spot in the top left corner, but the sketch pages are in Near Mint condition.
