This charming little candy container is vintage and measures 3 1/4" tall. His "straw" hat is off white hard plastic and unscrews from the figure to reveal the tiny opening where the candy once came out. He is smoking a black pipe. As you can see, he has a great face and wonderful body detail. He is free from breaks, but does have some loss of paint, as you can see from the photos. His hat screws on and off smoothly with no problems. He is marked "Holland" on the bottom.
