Circa: 1979 Publisher: Random House
This poster commemorating the 75th birthday of Theo. S. Geisel (Dr. Seuss) was sent out to libraries and book stores by Random House. It measures 14" x 19" and is printed on colorful glossy paper. It was never hung, and just has light wear on the folds. The blue ink has bled a little onto the white center during the printing process.
The delightful poem printed on the poster is as follows:
Bang the Gongs! Ring the Bells Let Pooglehorns hoot As we join in a 75th birthday salute A rollicking tribute we hope and surmise'll Bring joy to the heart of young Theo. S.
