Schumann Bavaria Coupe Plate w/Pierced Edge This lovely coupe shaped plate is marked on the back in blue: Bavaria/Schumann/Arzberg. The mark is listed as The Carl Schumann Porcelain Factory Mark and dates from the 1920's-1930's, according to my Kovels' New Dictionary of Porcelain and Pottery Marks. Decorated with 3 silver designs around the plate with silver covering the entire pierced or reticulated edge, the edges do show age wear to the color as I have shown in my pictures. On the back of the plate is printed the name of Angela Ryan which I did not test to see if it was put there by the previous owner or the artist of this plate. In very good condition, without chips or cracks, it measures 7 1/2 inches by 7 3/4 inches. Makes a lovely showing on any wall and an addition to any Schumann Bavaria China Collection.

Bavaria Niagara Falls Reticulated Bowl This lovely reticulated Souvenir Plate with the General View of Niagara Falls is marked on the back in gold: Schnarzenhammer/Bavaria with the #6. This plate was made with a pierced edge through which a ribbon could be threaded easily and tied into a neat bow and has a beautiful gold trimming around it. In very good condition, without chips or cracks, it measures 1 3/4 inches high and 7 inches across the rim. Makes a lovely showing on any wall and an addition to any Souvenir or Bavaria China Collection.
