This beautiful hand painted porcelain figurine, Diodu from Nigeria, from The U.N.Children Series 1978 was made in Japan for The Franklin Mint. What great detailing, from her dress with sari wrap to her basket she is balancing on her head with a frog inside. In very good condition it measures 6 1/2 inches tall with a 2 1/2 inch base.
