Planters Mr.Peanut 75th.Anniversary Jar This very collectible character, Planters Mr.Peanut, jar was issued in celebration of their 75th. Anniversary in 1981. There were 2 types of jars released, this one has the diamond pattern in the top lid, the other jar has a bubble top which I also have for sale in my store see item #plnt03. The top of the jar has a picture of Mr.Peanut. The front of the jar is marked Planters 75th Anniversary with a picture of Mr. Peanut and the bottom is marked; 1981/22 with a picture of Mr. Peanut. In very good + condition it measures 7 3/4 inches tall with a 3 1/2 inch base. A wonderful addition to any Food or Mr. Peanut Collection.
