Evans Cobalt Blue Eye Lotion Bottle This vintage cobalt blue Elder Flower Eye Lotion bottle with metal cap is marked; Geo.B.Evans Laboratories Inc./Philadelphia with an M in a circle on the bottom. In very good condition, it does have 3 flea bites along the side edge, it measures 6 1/2 inches tall, 2 1/8 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. Rarely do you find these bottles with the cap intact. This bottle would make a nice showing in your Cobalt Blue or Medicine Bottle Collection.

Oakland Chemical Bottle This old brown bottle is marked The Oakland Chemical Company/H2/O2 on the front and the number 10 on the bottom. It appears to have had a cork stopper and measures 5 inches tall and has a 1 3/4 inch round base. The condition on this little bottle is very good with 2 scratches on the back. A wonderful addition to any Brown Glass or Oakland Chemical Bottle Collection.

It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks but has a few minor scratches. The bottle measures 5 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches x 1 inch. A wonderful addition to any Cobalt Glass Collection.

Clapp's Brown Medicine Bottle This very colorful brown bottle has Clapp's/L-441/5/64/30 marked on it. It also has 6 measuring lines but only has numbers 1-2 and 3 on the side which probably indicate dosages, some sort of medicine bottle, I'm not sure. In very good + condition with no chips or cracks it stands 4 1/2 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches in diameter. A wonderful addition to any Brown Glass or Medicine Bottle Collection.

Wheaton/TCW Laboratory Chemistry Bottles This is a great 5 piece set of old laboratory bottles, 4 of which are etched Wheaton Glass Apothecary Bottles, that are marked as follows: 2-Acid Nitrate HNO 3Wheaton/NO-SOL-VIT/10 U.S.A. (1 of these bottles has a chip in the rim) 1-Ammonium Hydroxide NH 4 OH Wheaton/NO-SOL-VIT/10 U.S.A. 1-Dil Acid Hydrochloric HCL/Wheaton/NO-SOL-VIT/10 U.S.A.(this bottle has a small chip in the rim) and 1-Acid Sulphoric H2 SO4 T.C.W. Co. U.S.A. The other bottles are in very good + condition, with no chips or cracks, have stone ground stoppers and measure 5 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/8 inches across the base. The wooden holder with 5 indents to hold the bottles, shows surface age cracks and measures 1 1/2 inches high, 8 5/8 inches long and 6 inches wide. There are bubbles here and there within the glass. These Lab Bottles are original old Wheaton Lab bottles and not new reproductions that Wheaton does today. These would make a perfect addition to any Apothecary Jar or Bottle Collection as well as Historical Wheaton items collection.

5 Wheaton Laboratory Chemistry Bottles with This is a great 7 piece set of old laboratory bottles, 5 of which are etched Wheaton Glass Apothecary Bottles, that are marked as follows: 2-Ammonium Hydroxide NH 4 OH (Wheaton/NO-SOL-VIT/8 U.S.A.) 2-Sodium Hydroxide NA OH (Wheaton /NO-SOL-VIT/9 U.S.A.) and 1-Acid Nitrate HNO 3 (Wheaton /NO-SOL-VIT/10 U.S.A.) 1-Test Tube with spout that is marked Approximate Volume 1 to 10 ml that measures 3 5/8 inches tall and 1-smaller beaker that is marked with numbers only: 9 1 7 10 and measures 1 7/8 inches high and 1 1/4 inches wide. The T.C. Wheaton company (then commonly referred to as Wheaton) changed it's name in 1946 from T.C. Wheaton to Wheaton, and changed the name on their lab glassware to match.
Nothing else changed but the name- the bottles are identical, made on the same machines by the same workers, so there is no other easy way to date them.
The WHEATON bottles are definitely post-war, and most T.C.W. are pre-WW II, or at least pre-1946.
All the Wheaton Bottles are in very good + condition with no chips or cracks, have stone ground stoppers and measure 5 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/8 inches across the base. The wooden holder with 5 indents to hold the bottles measures 1 1/2 inches high, 8 5/8 inches long and 6 inches wide. There are bubbles here and there within the glass. These Lab Bottles are original old Wheaton Lab bottles and not new reproductions that Wheaton does today. These would make a perfect addition to any Apothecary Jar or Bottle collection as well as historical Wheaton items collection.
