Mattel Fashions for Barbie and her Friends This fashionable ruffled designed dress, shoes, hanger and booklet was made by Mattel in 1969 to fit Barbie and her friends, Stacey and PJ. Mint in it's original packaging, the dress does have an age spot from laying unopened all these years which I will leave to the new owner to tend to.
