Crescent China Pickadilly Dish Set -Service 8 This beautiful china dish set, service for 8, in the Pickadilly Pattern was made by Crescent China/Japan. There are 45 pieces in all to the set, beautifully done in a floral pattern in colors of green and white flowers with grey leaves and gold trim on a white china background, the set could be used every day and dresses up any Holiday table. The set includes 8-dinner plates that measure 10 1/4 inches in diameter, 8-soup bowls that measure 7 3/4 inches, 8-bread and butter plates that measure 6 3/8 inches, high, 8-saucers that measure 5 3/4 inches, 8-footed cups that measure 3 inches, 1-round vegetable bowl that measures 9 1/4 inches, 1-oval serving platter that measures 12 1/2 inches, 1-sugar bowl with lid and 1 creamer. As you can see in the pictures the set is in very good + condition except for 1 dinner plate that has a rim chip, which can easily be replaced. Japan Transferware Bird Dishes-Set of 4 These vintage bird transferware dishes are marked: Japan in red. I'm really not sure if they were to an ashtray set or not but the previous owner added stick on wall hangers to the backs to display them on the wall! The 4 different birds include grouse, pheasant, ducks and geese. In very good condition they measure 1/2 inch high and 3 3/4 inches square. An addition to any Japan Collection.
