This vintage clear glass juice reamer with tab handle was made by the Federal Glass Company in the 1950s.
Federal Glass was born in 1900 in Columbus Ohio. The first ware produced were pressed crystal wares or with needle etching. They were quick to see the countries need for and economical ware which could be massed produced by automated means. By the mid 20's Federal produced the largest amount of machine made tumblers and jugs in the country.

In the 30's it was the #1 producer of colored glassware and mold injected dinnerware which is so collectible today. They are still in business today producing restaurant and institutional wares.
Made with a fine ribbed design all the way around the juicer with a deep well and front spout to make all your juicing easy and without such a mess. In very good condition it measures 2 1/4 inches tall, 8 inches from handle to spout and 6 inches wide. A wonderful addition to any Vintage Kitchen or Glass Reamer Collection.
