Vintage Scripto China Marking Leads-Red 3mm This carton of Scripto china marking leads is definitely vintage. The leads are in a wooden tray inside of a slide out secton in their carton.I measure the leads at 3 mm. wide. There are five pieces of lead in the tray. Three of them are approx. 2.75 in. long
while the other two are each about an inch. The side of the carton says -For use in the All-purpose thick lead pencil. They give the width of the lead as .120 in.
 

Vintage Mechanical Pencil-1mm lead-Detering This old pencils eraser is as hard as a rock, but the pencil still works and has lead in it. It is from The Detering Co.-Wholesale Sash and Doors-Building Materials-Builders Hardware in Beaumont(TX, I believe). The phone number is given as 4-6471 so it dates from before exchanges were required and way before area codes. It is mahogany and cream colored. There is a very fine metal screw device inside that pushes out the lead. If you collect old writing utensils look at the other pencils, pens, and leads that I have for sale.
 

Renuzit Cover-Up Doll Remeber when it was not polite to have your renuzit pop-up jar showing in your bathroom? so we hid them under many clever disquises. This doll is one such disquise.She stand 8 inches tall by about 6 inches wide at the fullest. She is firmly attached to her renuzit container, but there is no scent remaining in it. Someone has painted her adorable face with a sweet smile. Her straw hat and boquest of posies are firmly attached. It looks like she was never used. Poor dolly. Add her to your collection today.
 

White Cloth Daisy Pin and Matching Cuff Links In the sme container they have been in since the 50's are this daisy pin and matching cufflinks. The cufflinks are each one big daisy with a fluffy center and the pin is a cluster of 5 daisies, 2 leaves and black velevet ribbon. The ribbon would need a couple of unwoven strings trimmed off the end, but other than that they are in excellent condition. My friend wore this with a solid colored medium blue with scattered daisies print shirtwaist dress. It had long sleeves, white French cuffs and peter pan collar. The pin was worn at the neck.

 

Old mechanical pencils (lot of 2 )-1 mm lead These two old mechanical pensils are definitely vintage. The short brass pencil would probably polish up really nice, but I feel it's better to offer it in the state in which I found it in the bottom of a box from an auction of goods from Ohio. The brass pencil works fine and takes 1 mm. lead. It measures about 3 in. from rear to tip.
The gray pencil has an eraser that is hard as rock and and I have a cover for the silver portion, but I am not sure it is the correct one. The gold color and grey color matches, but there is a rock hard eraser on the cover also. I can't think of why there would be an eraser on the outside and one on the insde, but I'll throw it in for good measure. The cover looks like it is missing the pocket clip. Maybe you have an extra one. The grey pencil does not take the 1 mm. lead. It uses something slightly smaller.
