This is a relatively new item produced in 1998 by a group called The Artist's Palette. The picture is reproduced on old slate. The picture is done by
T. Kogut. There is a protective finish on the picture so that it may be used outside. The back of the picture has a paper with information about it. This is a new collectible item.
