This plate is about 8.25 in across and is from the fond memories Gloria Vanderbelt series. Made by Sigma of Japan #444. This round eyed moppet is swaddled in lace and bows on a plate that has lace and pictures and flowers and a lot of french words on it. No chips, cracks, or other damage.
