This plate is pale blue around the outside and has hand painted vibrant pink carnations in the center. It is made by Edward Haberlander Porcelain Factory in Windischeschenbach Bavaria Germany. This dates it from approx. 1913-1928. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. It measures 7.5 in across.
