This plate is pale blue around the outside and has hand painted vibrant pansies in the center. Pansies are for friendship. It is made by Edward Haberlander Porcelain Factory in Windischeschenbach Bavaria Germany. This dates it from approx. 1913-1928. There are no chips, cracks, or crazing. It measures 7.5 in across.
