This delightful whirl-around can be hung on a tree or it can stand freely on a shelf. Charlie, Lucy and Snoopy dance around the Christmas tree as it whirls. It is dated 1999 and was a Blockbuster Video special item. It is still in its plastic protective box. It measures about 3.5 in. in diameter across the base and it about 3 in. tall at the height of the bubble under which they whirl around. This looks like a water globe, but there is no liquid inside the bubble that protects the figures.
