We have kept these books stored in plastic covers for about 15 to 20 years preserving them in the condition which they were found when acquired. Our pricing is aimed at folks that really want the books for a Collection, Preservation, Educational Purposes, or Artist Illustrations. We do not want to sell to folks that purchase these books to tear them apart for the illustrations. It is fine to copy the illustrations, but, for historic purposes and our peace of mind, please do not destroy these books. Thank you.
