Lovely example of Antique New Jersey Pottery. The New Jersey Pottery Company was in business from 1869 to 1862. During 1863 the name was changed. This Antique Shaving Mug is over 145 years old and in mint condition showing only minor wear on the gold accents. The handle on the Mug is very ornate. No chips or cracks, white ironstone color with shiny glaze. Marked on the bottom underglaze as shown in photo. Special find for the Collector of Antique USA Pottery. |
