| These are sooo Adorable. They are an original pair of Chalkware Chefs from the 1930-1940 era in Mint condition. They hold Pot Holders or small Tea Towels on their hooks. The reason they look so good is because we refinished them. When we found several of them back in 2005 someone had poorly painted over their original colors with colors that were not original to the pieces. We loved them so much we finally got around to stripping and re-painting in their original colors to restore them. Hard to find ones as nice as these and they would be adorable in a Retro Kitchen or nice addition to a Collection of Black Memorabilia. They do look fabulous on display. No chips or cracks.
