Attributed to the mid to late Regency period (about ca 1820) this is a well executed bust silhouette of a gentleman facing right; painted in black watercolor or India ink on cream paper it is most likely of English (possibly American) origin; unsigned and framed in black oval Victorian era wood frame. Condition is fine, no rips to paper, some age browning to paper; frame also in fine condition |
