Early Celluloid Doll - Black Man in Tux This early celluloid doll was made in Japan and has the imprint on the back with a logo of a bell with a T inside. He is a black man in a tuxedo with a cane and top hat holding a bouquet of flowers. Looks like a bride groom. Condition of the celluloid is excellent with only one small dent in the heel of one foot. There is a chip on the paint of his face. These celluloid dolls were popular in the 1920's. He measures 7.5 inches tall.

Little Black Sambo Helen Bannerman This 1971 reprint of The Story of Little Black Sambo by Helen Bannerman was printed Chatto & Windus London. It measures 4 by 5.5 inches. The covers are quite worn but the pages inside are in excellent condition. No rips tears or tape. The date Sep 17, 1974 has been written on the inside cover. Pictures are nice bright colors.
