This delicately colored figure of a Colonial Lady is in exquisite condition. It is hand painted with the gold trim intact. She has a feathered cap and is carrying a basket of flowers. From 1945 to 1952 the US occupied Japan to help rebuild it's infrastructure helping make it a world economic leader.
