Manufacturer: William Henry Chandler
This is an original pastel by William Henry Chandler. Chandler was an American artist around the turn of the century (1854 - 1928. This picture is a horizontal format measuring 23 inches by 9 inches to outside edges of the wooden frame. Condition is excellent with only minor contact with the glass and no moisture related defects. The old wood frame has a small chip from the top left corner.
